Nashville Predators Assistant Coach Phil Housley has the second-most points of any American-born player in NHL history. His career spanded from 1982 through 2003. He represented his country at 11 different international tournaments, including the World Juniors, the World Cup of Hockey and the Olympics. He played in seven All-Star Games and is a member of both the Buffalo Sabres Hall of Fame and the IIHF (International Ice Hockey Federation) Hall of Fame.
And now he’s a member of the Hockey Hall of Fame in Toronto.
