Defenseman Victor Bartley, who was put on waivers by the Nashville Predators yesterday, has cleared and will be sent to the Milwaukee Admirals.
He was an extra blueliner on a Nashville Predators roster that featured eight active defensemen as well as recent waiver wire pick up Petter Granberg (currently on injured reserve). There’s speculation that Granberg may be healthy and ready to return to action.
Bartley had a career year last year, playing in 37 games and collecting 10 points. This season, however, he’s only dressed for one game due to a lack of injuries to the top six of Shea Weber, Roman Josi, Ryan Ellis, Mattias Ekholm, Seth Jones and Barrett Jackman.
