After much anticipation, the National Hockey League has finally released the 2016-17 schedule.
So start mapping out your travel plans now, Nashville Predators fans. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to hop in the car (or on a plane) and go check out the rest of the League. Some key games include:
* October 14 vs. Chicago (home opener, opening night)
* October 15 @ Chicago (1st set of back-to-backs)
* October 21 @ Detroit (Nashville’s last game inside Joe Louis Arena — assuming no Stanley Cup Final matchup, of course)
* October 22 vs. Pittsburgh (Patric Hornqvist returns to Nashville a Stanley Cup Champion)
* October 29 @ San Jose (1st rematch of their Western Conference Semifinal match-up)
* December 17 vs. NY Rangers (Jimmy Vesey’s first game in Nashville)
* January 3 vs. Montreal (first game between PK Subban and Shea Weber after summer blockbuster trade)
* March 25 vs. San Jose (1st rematch on home ice)
* March 30 vs. Toronto (former Preds prospect Brendan Leipsic’s 1st game in Nashville)
* April 4 vs. NY Islanders (regular season home finale)
* April 8 @ Winnipeg (regular season finale)
