George Plaster has served as a host for weekday afternoon sports-talk radio programs for 27 years in the Nashville market. He joined 102.5 The Game in July 2012 as the host of Sports Night, bringing humor, cynicism and professionalism to the airwaves on a daily basis.
Plaster, the world’s biggest Atlanta Braves fan, has an extensive background in radio. He has worked on the broadcasts for Georgia Tech, Memphis State, Vanderbilt, Western Kentucky, Nashville Sounds and Nashville Kats in his career. He also has been named multiple times to Talkers Magazine’s “Talkers 250″ list, highlighting the 250 most influential talk radio hosts in America.
Floyd Reese is a former National Football League (NFL) executive. From 1994 to 2006, he held the position of General Manager of the Tennessee Titans. Reese then served as an analyst on ESPN’s NFL Live, and as a writer on ESPN.com before joining the New England Patriots as a senior football advisor.
As a General Manager, Reese drafted three NFL Rookie of the Year Award winners among his 11 first round draft choices: running back Eddie George in 1996, defensive end Jevon Kearse in 1999, and quarterback Vince Young in 2006. Reese also drafted NFL co-MVP quarterback Steve McNair.
Reese joined Sports Night in April 2015 and continues to add a unique perspective to sports talk in Nashville.
Willy Daunic has been a fixture on Nashville’s afternoon drive time radio since 1993. His on-air experience, coupled with his unique background in sports, make him a trusted and informative “must listen” for the Middle Tennessee sports audience.
Daunic played baseball and basketball for Vanderbilt University before graduating in 1993. He is currently the TV play-by-play voice of the Nashville Predators. He also has done various broadcasts of Vanderbilt athletics and TSSAA state championship events in the past.
