Patric Hornqvist is ESPN 102.5 The Game’s 17th best Predator of All Time. Hornqvist’s career began when Preds’ GM David Poile selected him in the seventh round of the 2005 NHL Entry Draft.
Hornqvist hit the ice in Nashville for the first time in the 2008-’09 season but the following year he broke onto the scene for Nashville racking up 51 points (30g-21a). Throughout his career in Nashville, Hornqvist was lethal around the net – he scored 106 goals over his six seasons with the Predators.
Hornqvist’s best season in Smashville came in the 2013-’14 season when he totaled a career high 53 points (22g-31a).
