We’re just days away from opening night of the 2017-18 NHL campaign and, therefore, we thought it might be a good idea to take a daily look at the Nashville Predators’ franchise record book. With these snapshots, you can keep up with the possible milestones, the personal accomplishments and the changing of the guard throughout the season.
Today’s installment? Assists tallied in a Nashville sweater.
NOTE: While only active players (within the top 100) are listed, the all-time leader in each category is also listed in order to provide reference to the franchise’s bench mark. The all-time leader is denoted in red.

22 – Filip Forsberg (100)
23 – Ryan Ellis (95)
27 – Ryan Johansen (73)
t-28 – Mattias Ekholm (66)
t-38 – Calle Jarnkrok (48)
51 – Viktor Arvidsson (38)

t-87 – Anthony Bitetto (12)
t-92 – Matt Irwin (11)

MILESTONE WATCH: With 25 assists, Josi would become just the sixth Preds player to break the 200-assist plateau. Additionally, if he tallied 26 in his first 36 contests, he would not only pass Ryan Suter for fifth all-time (200) but would do it in 100 less games.
