Rangers’ Eovaldi will return Tuesday vs. Astros

The struggling Texas Rangers will get a much-needed boost to their pitching staff on Tuesday night, when Nathan Eovaldi — who hasn’t appeared in a game since July 18 — will start against the rival Houston Astros.
