Kane’s injury is not related to hip, Red Wings say

Detroit Red Wings forward Patrick Kane’s lower-body injury is not related to his hip, coach Derek Lalonde said Tuesday, though the veteran, 35, will miss the remainder of the club’s road trip, which has two games remaining.
