Johnson: 2-seed Spurs should have more All-Stars

Mitch Johnson appeared unhappy De’Aaron Fox and Stephon Castle were not named All-Stars, pointing out how the Spurs — who have the league’s third best record — are not one of the seven teams with multiple All-Stars.
