ROBBY STANLEY
A Middle Tennessee native, Robby graduated from Hendersonville High School before attending Vol State and MTSU. A lifelong fan of the local sports scene, he began covering the Nashville Predators at just 18 years old during the 2010–2011 season. His early work across various hockey blogs led to a role with the National Hockey League in 2014.
Robby eventually found his true calling behind the mic, blending his love of hockey with a passion for all sports. That path brought him to Robby & Rexrode, where he now co-hosts one of Nashville’s go-to morning sports shows.
Off the air, Robby and his wife recently celebrated eight years of marriage and welcomed their first child in 2024. He’s an avid (but self-admittedly average) golfer, known for enthusiastically signing up for every station tournament, convinced that with better clubs, he’d be unstoppable. Sure you would, Robby.
