Royals place starters Ragans, Lugo on 15-day IL

The Royals saw their rotation take a hit when left-hander Cole Ragans, who is dealing with a left groin strain, and right-hander Seth Lugo, who has a third finger sprain, were placed on the 15-day injured list.
