Phillies’ Nola set for rehab start; Castellanos sits

Phillies pitcher Aaron Nola will make his first injury rehabilitation start Thursday for Triple-A Lehigh Valley, while right fielder Nick Castellanos was out of the starting lineup after injuring his left knee.
