Woodruff exits Brewers’ loss with shoulder issue

Starter Brandon Woodruff exited with an injury in the fourth inning of the Brewers’ 4-3 loss to the Diamondbacks, and manager Pat Murphy said the veteran would probably need to be placed on the injured list.
