NASCAR’s Ware to skip Roval with broken foot

Driver Cody Shane Ware, who’s recovering from an impact fracture and torn ligaments in his right foot, says he’s skipping the next NASCAR race Sunday on the Roval at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
