NASHVILLE (October 2, 2020) – ESPN 102.5 The Game is proud to announce the addition of its new weekday morning show, “Robby & Rexrode,” with hosts Robby Stanley and Joe Rexrode. The show will air from 6AM to 10AM beginning Monday, October 5, 2020.
“Robby and Joe have done an outstanding job on an interim basis this year as we conducted an exhaustive search for our permanent morning show. We are beyond excited to welcome them to our outstanding team,” said Program Director Ryan Porth. “These two talented individuals add instant credibility to our lineup and bring a wealth of knowledge on the Nashville sports landscape. We are looking forward to seeing this show continue to grow.”
Robby Stanley is a Nashville native with deep ties to the sports scene in our city. As an alum of Hendersonville High School and Middle Tennessee University, Stanley has covered the Nashville Predators and Tennessee Titans over the past 10 years for various local and national media outlets. Stanley has also been a contributor to The Game in multiple capacities since 2014.

Joe Rexrode brings more than 20 years of experience in journalism to the ESPN 102.5 The Game team, currently serving as columnist and senior writer for The Athletic Nashville. He previously worked at The Tennessean, the Detroit Free Press and the Lansing State Journal. Joe also co-hosted radio and television shows in Michigan.
“I’m thrilled to be joining the ESPN 102.5 The Game and Cromwell team on a full-time basis,” Rexrode said. “Robby and I have had a lot of fun doing the show together in the past few months. It’s going to be a blast to grow ‘Robby & Rexrode’ and complement what is already an awesome sports-talk lineup.”
ESPN 102.5 The Game’s weekday lineup also features Darren, Daunic and Chase with Darren McFarland, Willy Daunic and Chase McCabe, from 10-2 pm; and Jared & The GM with Jared Stillman and Floyd Reese, from 2-6 pm.
